Confidence and self-esteem come from showing up on a
consistent basis - first for us and then for others.
Showing up on a consistent basis takes courage, discipline, and willingness. It means taking bold actions and not hiding from or avoiding reality.
It also means not making excuses, blaming others, or deceiving oneself.
To take consistent action over time, we need to connect to our feelings.
Connecting to our authentic selves is painful and difficult, but the best option available to us.
We all need support in this process, and this is where therapy comes in.
